Changing Social Order and Problem In the past development of children was largely modeled on and monitored within the family. Behavior patterns were family based. However in present circumstances, there is a need for children and adolescents to respond independently, as individuals, under the influence of social media and contrasting opinions and competing values. Students in schools and colleges, especially the adolescents and youth today are facing a number of issues. A number of them are struggling to maintain their self-esteem. They strive to seek the right amount of independence. A wrong sense of competition and the proposition of losing out keeps them on tenterhooks. Addiction to Gaming, Substance Abuse, Networking and Social Media keep them on tenterhooks. Resultantly leading to Low Self Esteem, Lack of confidence, Stress, Depression and Loneliness, occasional Suicidal thoughts and a seemingly Goal less life. The problem is acute in some scenarios. The need to overcome these problems and empower the Youth to deal with their own self has never been felt so strongly
